You can indeed!! I’ve forgaed them before when we did the excursion to a farm during school. so tasty! The ones you find in the backyard will be a bit stronger than ones that are farmed, but you can prepare it like any other hard green (spinach, kale, etc). Try some fried up with onions and garlic.. mmm
