I tested the corrected version adding the pages that were missing from (Chapter 5), in various readers, e.g., a Cloud Reader, iPad, Kindle for PC, Kindle Fire, and a Galaxy 10.1 eReader– all versions have “minor” formatting hiccups, and I’m happy to say Chapter 5 is intact, and I think you will find the story makes much more sense now.
