Author Publicity, for an author, is an important factor in getting the word out about your books. As a matter of fact, your job as an author doesn’t stop once you finish your book. You must continuously work at marketing yourself and marketing your books, that is if you want people to know who you are, and what books you have authored.  I not only write, but I also illustrate all of my own books. I became friends with another author, Dennis Higgins. He asked me if I would be interested in doing a few illustrations for his book Steampunk Alice, I was hesitant  at first but decided to take him up on the challenge of creating a few illustrations for the interior book. I also created the cover and asked him what he thought, he liked my cover creation and chose it for Steampunk Alice, that was released in 2014.  The cover was submitted to AUTHORSdb 2014 Cover Contest that same year. And proudly I say,  it brought home the Gold. Yay!
